Mandarin Lesson

This week on Wednesday we learnt about the family names in mandarin. We also learnt a song to help us remember the names. Some of us got to go up the front and label the family members in this photo. Mandarin is fun.

Science in a Van

This week is Science week. Friday of week two we went to the hall to see and learn about science. There were two people there to demonstrate how science works there names were Allan and Emily. My favourite bit was when Allan put the dry ice in a bottle of water and it made a cloud.. Here is a photo.

Season of Easter.

In room six we made a title page for the easter season. On it I wrote some things to explain what the story is. We also drew pictures in the circle. And here is a photo of it. 

Science Experiments.

This team we are learning about the water cycle. We have been doing some science experiments with balloons and water. with the balloons we got to push them together and see how much pressure is in the small one and see how it feels with the big one. Here are some photos.
