Why do we need to eat healthy food

As we all know, We need to eat food to help us going. Eating healthy food will help us get the energy we need and grow healthily.

1. First of all we need to eat healthy food because it will help us get fit and you will feel great when you get out of bed. Instead of staying in bed because you will be sick because of all the yummy sweets and treats that you have been eating from the last few weeks.
